Vaster Capital funds $11 million commercial land loan in Aventura, FL

Vaster Capital continues to provide financing to innovative developers in South Florida, as they finalized funding on a development site loan in Aventura, Florida for Shalev Development.

The sponsor, Medical District Developments LLC, managed by Bernardo Rieber of Shalev. Development Group, was the buyer of land included in an assemblage that will become the site of a special mixed-use project to enhance Aventura’s burgeoning medical district.

Vaster Capital’s loan was arranged by Ken Klein of The Q Kapital Group’s Commercial Division
