Debra Tyler

Experience

Debra is a Registered Investment Advisor. She is also a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FIRNA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Debra has extensive experience in wealth management, banking, and financial services. Debra spent many years as the Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Private Wealth Management at SunTrust Bank in Bal Harbour, Florida. In this position, she was directly responsible for the business development efforts of the Private Wealth Management team focusing on investment management, financial planning, and trust and estate planning.

In 2015, Debra began working as the Senior Vice President and Senior Client Manager at C1 Bank in Coral Gables, Florida. In this position, she was responsible for the sales and client service activities, including providing full financial services to a variety of different clients. She did this by identifying client needs and coordinating with team specialists for client presentations.

In 2016, Debra started working as the South Florida Division President at Bank OZK, a regional bank that specializes in providing innovative financial solutions delivered by expert bankers. In 2020, she was promoted to President of the Professional Practice Group.

In 2021, Debra launched Debra Tyler and Associates, an organization that provides strategic direction to clients in need of expert input and effort. As the Founder and Managing Director, Debra works to assist clients with navigating the constantly-changing landscape of banking and finance.

Education

Debra received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Miami.

Debra's Work at Vaster

Debra works at Vaster in business development, wherein she frequently works with borrowers directly as well as developers to walk them through commercial lending solutions to swiftly execute on real estate transactions. Debra's goal is to give her clients the upper-hand in the fast moving South Florida real estate market by leveraging Vaster's custom structured bridge loan solution.
